About Me

Get to know me better

# Elias Khozombwe I grew up barefoot in the streets of Blantyre, where scarcity was my first teacher and resilience my constant companion. Those early years—marked by loss, hardship, and the weight of responsibility beyond my years—shaped a hunger in me that no amount of material comfort could satisfy. But it took hitting rock bottom, facing my own destructive choices, and choosing redemption before I truly understood what I was capable of becoming. That transformation led me to earn my MSc in Project Management, and more importantly, to build a consultancy grounded in integrity and purpose. Today, as a Business Development & Program Management Specialist, I partner with organizations across Southern Africa and beyond to strengthen donor relationships, forge meaningful partnerships, and drive sustainable development that actually lasts. I've learned that discipline without compassion is hollow, and success without service is meaningless. Every strategy I develop, every leader I mentor, every partnership I build carries the weight of where I've been and the clarity of where I'm going—because my greatest asset has never been my credentials, but my conviction that transformation is possible for anyone willing to do the work.
