8.1. GigForge IP: All Service content, features, and functionality (excluding user content) are owned by GigForge and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. 8.2. AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools (proposals, resume suggestions, interview feedback) is provided to you for your use. 8.3. Templates: Portfolio templates are licensed to you for use within the Service.

9.1. Job Platforms: We aggregate jobs from third-party platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Indeed). We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of these listings. 9.2. External Links: The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices. 9.3. Payment Processing: Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
